Beef brochettes with lemongrass for 4 people
2 stalks lemongrass
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons tablespoons oyster sauce
1 spoon chicken stock soup
500g beef
Cut into small pieces lemongrass to better crush in the mortar using a mortar and pestle grind lemongrass in the mortar to add garlic
then add soy sauce with oyster sauce , chicken stock and sugar mix well all in the preparation .
