Day 1: An Odyssey to the Heart of the Past

Your journey begins at 8:00 am, upon your arrival at the hotel where you will collect the tickets for the temples (from $62 per person for three days of access). Our first stop will take us to the magnificent temple of Pre Rup, erected in the 10th century during the reign of King Rajendravarman II. Continuing our journey, we will discover Banteay Samrè, a 12th century gem partially enveloped by a picturesque village. Our 40 km route will then lead us to the striking splendor of Angkor, where the temple of Banteay Srei, sculpted in pink sandstone, will reveal its sublime bas-reliefs to us.

After a lunch break in a local restaurant, we will hit the road again for the highlight of the day: the majestic Angkor Wat, testimony to the 12th century and the time of King Sauryavarman II. The day will end with a return to the hotel around 5 p.m., breathtaking images engraved in our minds.

Day 2: A Dive into the Heart of the Enigmatic Heritage
The second day will start at 8:00 am with a visit to the famous Ta Prohm, setting of films such as Tomb Raider and Two Brothers. We will then head to the Eastern Mebon, Ta Som, Neak Pean and Preah Khan, a Buddhist temple built at the end of the 12th century. After a lunch break in a local restaurant, we will enter the vast complex of Angkor, exploring the fascinating Bayon and Baphuon, the mysterious Phimean Akas, as well as the Terraces of the Elephants and the Leper King. We will end this day full of emotions around 5 p.m., returning to the hotel with lasting memories.

Day 3: An Immersion in Local Authenticity

On the last day, at 8:00 a.m., we will set sail for the charming fishing village of Kompong Phluk, nestled near the majestic Tonle Sap Lake. More than a thousand families live in these houses on stilts 8 to 10 meters high, submerged each year by the flooding of the lake. Embark on a scenic boat tour of this unique village.

After lunch with locals, we will explore the village of Kork Srok, and dive into history by visiting the 9th century temples of the city of Rolous, including Tortoeung Thgnei, Trorpeang Phong, Bakong and Preah Kô, all located in the region of the archaeological site Roluos, ancient capital of Hariharalaya, dedicated to Vishnu and Shiva. We will conclude our journey with a return to the hotel around 5 p.m., full of discoveries and authentic moments.
