Ingredients
- 4 beautiful panga fillets
- 2 large ripe mango
- 2 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 knob of butter
- ground Kampot pepper
- 20 cherry tomatoes
Method
Preparing the mango sauce
Peel the mango and cut it in half. Reserve half for the rest of the recipe.
In a blender, add 1 mango, cinnamon and ginger powder. Blend until you obtain a smooth and creamy sauce. Save this delicious mango sauce for later.
Cooking Panga
