Ingredients
- 700 g Chinese noodles
- 4 mangrove crabs (or crab meat)
- 10 Kampot pepper grapes
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- A piece of fresh ginger
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 onions
- 1 red pepper
- 3 branches of Chinese cabbage
- 8 mini ears of corn
- 2 carrots
For the sauce:
- 1 tablespoon of corn flour
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 60 ml of water
Method
Start by chopping the onion and garlic separately, then set them aside.
Cut the carrots and the piece of ginger into julienne strips, and set aside.
Wash the Chinese cabbage and pepper carefully and cut into thin slices, then set aside.
In a bowl, mix the sauce ingredients until smooth, then set aside.
Cook the noodles in boiling water until “al dente” according to package directions. Drain them well.
Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
