Ingredients
for the mea t:
- 400 g of beef
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
For the marinade :
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 20 g of fresh ginger
- 1 stalk of lemongrass
- Fresh coriander
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
Method
