Dear greetings,

I am Mr. DY, a local tour guide from BUNONG ethnic community, located in Senmonorom, Mondulkiri province. I have the pleasure of organizing community tourism experiences, including one-day elephant treks.

your adventure “one day elephant ride with guide ” starts at 8:30 am, after breakfast, from Senmonorom town. A journey of about 15 minutes by your own means of transport will take us to PUTANG:

We will begin our trek from Putang village to Leng Truk, where our majestic elephants are waiting for you, eager to savor the fruits you bring them. Around 10:30 a.m., we will have the opportunity to observe these elephants in the middle of the forest: we will feed them, take pictures and even learn to interact with them under the guidance of the BUNONG mahouts.

Around noon, or 12:00 p.m., we will let them return to their natural environment while we relax by the waterfalls or along the stream for our well-deserved lunch.

After a break of one hour and fifteen minutes for lunch, we will go in search of elephants in the jungle. We will have the privilege of accompanying them to the river where they can swim, and you will even have the opportunity to join them for an unforgettable swim.

Once our bathing with the elephants is over, we will go directly to an ethnic village, where we will have the chance to discover the local agriculture, particularly the practice of recycling agriculture of the BUNONG ethnic group.
