  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 2 tbsp satay powder
  • 10 cl of oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 20 g of fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic

For the salad :

  • 1/2 green papaya
  • 1 green mango
  • Peanuts
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp of nuoc nam
  • 2 tsp palm sugar
  • Fresh coriander
